Page 1 of 2 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-17-Q-1164 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 & 2005-95. The Chillicothe VAMC is looking for adjustable beds for the sleep lab to perform sleep studies. Vendor must provide products listed or can propose an equivalent product. Specifications must be submitted for all products if an equal product is being submitted.
