- This pre-solicitation notice is for Construction on Gates at 4 different locations, Saco USARC, 101 Franklin Street, Saco Me 04072 and MG Oliver O Howard USARC, 1072 Minot Avenue, Auburn ME 04210. Londonderry AFRC, 64 Harvey Road Londonderry NH and Rutland AFRC, 2143 Post Road, Rutland VT. The support service encompasses labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide services in accordance with Scope of Work. This award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 40 days after award. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, as noted in the solicitation and Scope of Work. This acquisition is 100% Small Business firms under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 238190 a size standard of $15 million. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-17-R-1066 The solicitation will be posted on or about 08 September 2017 via Federal Business Opportunities at FBO.gov. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation.
