- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) To facilitate electronic quote submissions through FedBizOpps, a request for quote (RFQ No. R17PS01545) is being issued subsequent to this combined solicitation/synopsis. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-95, dated 01/19/2017. (iv) This requirement will be issued seeking full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 517110 Wired Telecommunications Carriers. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 517110 is 1,500 employees. (vi) The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for a contractor to provide local phone services for the Yuma Area Office and well gauging stations (all the requirements are listed in the Statement of Work). (vii) The performance period is for a base year with four option year periods, from 10/01/2017 ¿ 09/30/2022.
