Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, North Texas Veterans Health Care System (VHANTX), Dallas, TX has a requirement for Emergent Prescription Drug (First-Fill) Services to be provided to eligible Veteran beneficiaries of VHANTX. The anticipated contract effective period shall be for a one-year base period, October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2022, with four (4) one-year optional renewal periods. This solicitation is issued herein with proposals due by 4:00 pm Central Time, Friday, September 22, 2017. See attached documents: VA257-17-Q-1206 Attachment 1 - VHANTX MINI-FORMULARY.
