- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting NCO-7, 501 Greene St., Augusta, GA., intends to negotiate a Sole Source, firm fixed price contract with VitalSmarts, LC, 282 River Bend Ln, Ste 100, Provo, UT, 84604, to provide Crucial Conversations Participant Toolkits v4Suites v4 training materials to the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center (CNVAMC), Augusta GA. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a Single Source. VitalSmarts, LC, only sell the Crucial Conversation Conversations tool kits (Red 2Day Participant Suite v4) to authorized individuals that have been trained by them. Select CNVAMC staff members have received training by VitalSmarts; which determined the circumstances of only one source reasonably available to provide the training materials. The NAICS Code is 611430 and size standard is $11 million. A justification and Approval will be prepared. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements in lieu of a sole source contract described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the Government. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. If no responses are received by September 12, 2017, the Government will proceed with the sole source acquisition. The Government will not pay for information submitted.
