Description
SOW SF18 Solicitation Payment Bond Performance Bond Bid Bond OK52 Wage Rates Attachment F-3 Attachment F-2 Attachment F-1 Attachment E Attachment C-3 Attachment C-2 Attachment C-1 Attachment B Attachment A: Existing Conditions Photos Contractor shall Replace Select Areas of the Asphalt ER Driveway and Concrete Sidewalks in accordance with the Scope of Work. This procurement is offered as a Small Business set-aside. A Small Business set-aside is defined in FAR Part 19.301-1, Representation by the offeror. To be eligible for award as a small business, an offeror must represent in good faith that it is a small business at the time of its written representation. An offeror may represent that it is a small business concern in connection with a specific solicitation if it meets the definition of a small business concern applicable to the solicitation and has not been determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to be other than a small business. All work is to be performed at the Claremore Indian Hospital, Claremore Oklahoma. The dollar magnitude is between $25K -$100K. NAICS 238990 applies and size standard is $15M. As stated in the SF-18, the proposal due date is by Noon (Central Time) October 12, 2017. Bonds: Bonds are required for this project: A Bid Bond is required to be submitted with all proposals. Proposals that do not have the required Bid Bond will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. Performance and Payment Bonds are required to be submitted within 10 days after Notice of Award. Any interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to understand existing site conditions and ask any questions or clarifications. Any questions or clarifications generated from the Site Visit shall be submitted no later than 12:00 PM (Central Time), Monday, October 2, 2017.
