- SOLICITATION ATTACHED To: FedBiz Opps Subject: Request for Quote (RFQ) DTMC75-17-Q-00002 The U.S. Department of Transportation/Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has a requirement to replace the bird netting in Weslaco, Texas in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FMCSA invites your company to submit a quote in accordance with FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items as it relates to the attached SOW as (Attachment I). Your quote will be evaluated for the purpose of establishing a contract for these services for base year and (4) twelve month options. The NAICS code is 561710. Your quote shall provide a price for each contract line item number (CLIN) and an overall total price in their quote. Basis for Award: The basis for award shall be lowest price technically acceptable. QUOTE SUBMISSION The Offerors proposed pricing shall be submitted in the (Attachment II). DOT local clauses are included as (Attachment III). Quotes are due by September 11, 2017 at 2:00 PM EST. Late responses shall not be accepted and shall receive no consideration for award.
