This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Louis Stokes VA Medical Center is requesting quotes from only SDVOSB set aside vendors who can provide Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Devices with three supporting kits manufactured by Karl Storz Endoscopy or equal. Responses are due by September11, 2017 at 12:00 PM EST. The NAICS code is 339112-Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing and the size standard is 500 Employees. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Responses must be emailed to dwight.petsche@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted.
