Description

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Hampton VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 100 Emancipation Dr., VA 23667 will be soliciting offers for Generator Maintenance and Repair Services. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, management and supervision necessary to perform Generator Maintenance and Repair Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Generator services will be provided for Hampton VA Medical Center. A request for Quote (RFQ) VA246-17-Q-1963 will be issued on or about September 8,2017. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 or the base period, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 million. The classification code is J061. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-Aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
