Wage Rate Determination 2015-5631-4.pdf Section 3 Battery Replacement SOW Clauses and Provisions RFQ Schedule and Salient Characteristics Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region, Folsom, CA Office has a requirement for ELECTRICAL SUBSTATION BATTERY REPLACEMENT in Elverta, CA in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) DE-SOL-0011773. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Code (NAICS) is 335911 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees.
