Description

Synopsis- Notice of Intent to Sole Source The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (VeEX Inc., located at 2827 Lakeview Court, Fremont, CA 94538) for specialized fiber testing equipment listed in the attachment. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), the Government intends to negotiate solely with VeEX Inc. as no other source of supply will satisfy agency requirements. The Solicitation and Sole Source Justification is attached. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334220, with a size standard of $1,250. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may submit capability statements and product information. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received by 09/15/2017 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time.
