Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will satisfy Agency Requirements." To: Teradyne Inc. For: Preventative Maintenance and Remedial Repair Services for Teradyne Spectrum 9120/50 Module Test System This is not a request for proposals. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. All capability statements received will be evaluated to determine technical merit. Responses must be submitted in writing no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and request will not be received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
