This requirement is for one clean approved U.S. or foreign flag double hull tanker with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying from Onsan, South Korea to Akasaki, Japan and Hakozaki (Yokosuka), Japan, a minimum of 270,000 bbls of F76 within vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Laydays commence 17 September 2017 and cancel 19 September 2017. The performance will be one voyage. 17. Place of Contract Performance: Load Port: Onsan, South Korea; Discharge Ports: Akasaki, Japan and Hakosaki (Yokosuka), Japan 18. Set-aside Status: Unrestricted; The decision to make this "Unrestricted" is based on the work being done outside the United States or its outlying areas (See Far 19.000(b)).
