Page 1 of 1 Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration 8 September 2017 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Fujifilm Prosolv Contract VA250-17-Q-1175 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires all hardware, software, and services to deliver, process, and maintain the Fuji Cardiovascular, Synapse (Prosolv) PACs system utilized in the Cardiology Dept. at the VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. The Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Health Care System intends to issue a sole source solicitation to Fujifilm Medical Systems USA, Inc., 419 West Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902, requesting all hardware, software, and services to deliver, process, and maintain the Fuji Cardiovascular, Synapse (Prosolv) PACs system due to the exclusive nature of the proprietary hardware, software, and service. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811219 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $20.5M. This notice of intent to is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirements may submit a quotation, which may be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can meet the requirements of the Government. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
