- JA SDW Technical Support The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Procurement Center, located in Fort Lee, Virginia, intends to award a sole source contract to Iormyx, Inc., 950 Herndon Pkwy Suite 285, Herndon, VA 20170 for SDW Technical Support. This requirement is classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541519 with a size standard of $27.5 Million. The Product or Service Code (PSC) is D399. The period of performance will be September 30, 2017 through September 29, 2018, with four six month option periods that may extend until September 29, 2020. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source. A justification to not compete this acquisition has been properly executed and included with this notice. The justification addresses the requirements of FAR 5.207(c)(15), reason for lack of competition. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government for the requirement identified above. Information received in response to such notice is normally considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement; however, a determination by the Government to not compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
