VA250-17-Q-1172 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Calendars The Department of Veterans Affairs, The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and VAAR 819.7007, Sole source awards to service-disabled Veteran-owned small business concerns. The NAICS code is 32311 with a small business size standard of 500. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Quickseries Publishing, 3325 Griffen Road, Suite 222, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 for 2018 Cleveland VA Healthy You Calendars. The Cleveland VA Healthy You Calendars have application downloads of a Whole Healthy Jorney. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Monday, September 11, 2017 at 5PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.  All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.   A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
