- Solicitation Fall Arrest System Drawing Past Performance Questionnaire Wage Determination The Bureau of Engraving Printing (BEP) intends to procure the services necessary to inspect, certify, maintain, repair and provide user training for the Latchways 7001 Mansafe Fall Arrest Systems at the BEP at Washington, DC Facility (DCF). The solicitation is being issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP), number 2031ZA-17R-00014 and is provided as an attachment to this announcement. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 and the small business size standard is $15,000,000.00. The intended contract award will be Firm Fixed Price. Anticipated Period of Performance will be a base period of (12) months and four, twelve month option periods. Requirements and instructions and are listed in the attached solicitation and additional documents provided, which must be completed and submitted in its entirety before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. Questions should be submitted via e-mail to: Julius.herbert@bep.gov. No paper copies will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFP and associated amendments, if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render a proposal non-responsive and result in rejection. All potential offerors must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for Federal Government contracts and this shall be completed by the time of award. The solicitation's incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect utilizing Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
