This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-17-Q-1129 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated NAICS code is 333913, Measuring and Dispensing Pump Manufacturing. This is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The requirement is for use at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center. Delivery location is Carl Vinson Veterans Health Administration Medical Center, 1826 Veterans Blvd, Dublin, Georgia 31021.
