Description
CAD Drawings for Building 791 Combined Synopsis-Solicitation Building 791 Sewer Cleaning and Inspection Attached is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; submissions are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. JBER, Alaska has a requirement for Building 791 sanitary sewer system cleaning and inspection. Project Description: 1.) Remove garbage disposals from 108 kitchens sinks in order to gain access to sanitary sewer system. Upon completion of cleaning/inspection, install new piping/"P" Traps in place of garbage disposals. 2.) Provide building 791 sanitary system cleaning service of approximately 4000 Linear Feet (LF) of piping. Piping will be free of any visible foreign material. 3.) Provide building 791 sanitary system inspection service of approximately 4000 LF of piping. Document condition of all sanitary sewer piping out to the first manhole. Provide thorough video and documentation of condition of all piping joints, connections, identified low spots, and other imperfections. 4.) Collect all grease and solids to prevent them from going past the first manhole outside of the building and entering the sewage main. Collect all waste both liquid and solids and dispose of at the T-2 Area for dumping on JBER-Richardson. After dewatering at the T-2 site all solids will need to be bagged and disposed of. Period of Performance: 25 SEP 2017 - 25 JAN 2017 The contractor shall provide all engineering, labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work required, in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings at JBER, Alaska. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. This acquistion is solicited as a Total HUBZone Set-Aside. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, with a small business size standard of $15M. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
