- FA480117R0025 Amendment 0001 ***AMEND 01**** A Site Visit has been scheduled for 14 September 2017 at 0900 (9:00am) Mountain Time. If you would like to attend, please send the following information to justin.bowers.1@us.af.mil : Full Legal Name; Social Security Number; Place of Birth; Date of Birth; and Citizenship; for each individual attending (maximum of two individuals per company. The above information will be used for the 49th Security Forces Squadron (49 SFS) to run a background check on the individuals attending to allow base access. Please arrive at the Holloman AFB Visitor's Center NLT 0845 (8:45am) Mountain Time to allow time to check in and receive your passes. At 0900, you will be escorted to the installation site. I will need the above information NLT 1600 (4:00PM) Mountain Time on Tuesday, 12 September 2017. The response due date has been extended to 19 September 2017 at 1300 (1:00pm) Mountain Time.
