VA250-17-N-1169 Sources Sought Notice ProSolv Software Maintenance/Support Services This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 at 8888 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis Indiana 46240 to identify other sources that are capable of providing ProSolv Software Maintenance and Support Services for the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center and the Northern Indiana Healthcare System (Both Ft. Wayne and Marion campuses). Vendor must be able to perform services at hundred percent providing software maintenance support requirements for the ProSolv Software System which includes: operation of the system, upgrades, support for associated components (i.e. Viewer, Analyzer, Server, HL7 Integration, ADT Interface Integration, HIS Integration, Enterprise and Manager/Remote Viewer), contractor is to diagnose, troubleshoot, and take corrective actions to return the ProSolv to its normal operation. The expected period of performance is a base year period and four option years, to be exercised at the Government s discretion. If this is a service your business can provide, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice by 3:00 p.m. ET on September 15, 2017. Responses should include: (1) Business Name and Address (2) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address (3) DUNS and NAICS code (4) Business Size: SMALL or LARGE (5) Type of Business: SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED, VETERAN OWNED, 8A, HUBZone, WOMAN-OWNED, etc. All businesses eligible to provide this services are encouraged to reply as this information may be used to determine potential set-asides for the above-noted service.
