Description

This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size relative to NAICS: 561621, Standard Size: $20500000; Preference will be given to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and Veteran Owned Small Business. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses are not considered responses to any potential solicitation announcement. Functional Statement The Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Center in Houston, TX, is in need of 260 KeyBank Touch System. Requirements include: GENERAL REQUIREMENT Contractor shall purchase and install a 260 KeyBank Touch System at the Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Center, Building 103 Rm 113 (Transportation). Contractor shall furnish all qualified labor, materials, parts, equipment and tools for installing, testing and commissioning. This shall be set up as standalone with network capability. Contractor shall provide software, operating and maintenance manual (s) during installation. This system shall be mounted to a cinder block wall. Contractor shall provide all necessary tools, material and equipment to sufficiently mount and support this system. Contractor shall coordinate with COR at least 7 days prior to scheduling installation. Provide end user training to 10 users. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses are not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
