Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for EDU Internet1 and Internet2 access and bandwidth services. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotes; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the capacity to perform the contract services as described in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), please provide a written Statement of Capability (SOC) not to exceed ten pages in length, including attachments, that describes your ability to meet the requirements of the draft PWS. The SOC shall include the prospective contractor ™s name, mailing address, phone number, website, and name and email address of designated point of contact; business type; and socio-economic category. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to provide these services listed in the PWS are invited to respond to this sources sought notice by close of business on 18 September 2017. The SOC must be emailed to Danielle Udinson at danielle.udinson@navy.mil. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
