- 5NJ0243 Newark, NJ - Delineated Area State: New Jersey City: Newark Delineated Area: North: Starting at the intersection of Summit Road & Interstate - 78, head west onto Interstate - 78. At the intersection of Interstate - 78 and Garden State Parkway, head south on Garden State Parkway until reaching Vauxhall Road. At the intersection of Vauxhall Road and Highway 22, head East on Highway 22 until reaching North Broad Street. Follow North Broad Street until reaching Lower Road which turns into Dayton Street. East: Head south from the intersection of Frelinghuysen Street (which turns into Newark Avenue) and Haynes Avenue. Head West from the intersection of Newark Avenue and North Avenue.
