Description

The Durham VA Medical Center intends to enter into a Sole Source procurement with Baxter Healthcare group 1425 Lake Cook Road Deerfield, IL 60015, for Exalis Service Contract for Dialysis information system. Purchase order required by 10-01-2017. NAICS code 811219 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement must submit information about their capabilities no later than 8:00AM EST, September 14th, 2017 to: Raccshi.wilson@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Items Product Description Quantity Exalis Software & Maintenance PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 10/01/2017 To 09/30/2018 This award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. No solicitation will be made available. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses shall be submitted no later than September 14th, 2017 at 8:00 A.M. EST. All Responses shall be emailed to: raccshi.wilson@va.gov
