Description

VAMC FAYETTEVILLE, Fayetteville, North Carolina intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for purchase of a Sterrad NX Sterilizer Units: SN 3313087 & 3313092 MFR: Advanced Sterilization Products 425 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, NJ 08855. This requirement is intended for award to: Advanced Sterilization Products under the authority 6.302-2. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 339113, business size is 750 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 4 days of publication (on or before 14 Sept 2017 by 1300 hrs). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
