Description

Notice of Intent to award as a sole source procurement to the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) for the use of the Automated Regional Justice Information System (ARJISnet), a law-enforcement (LE) information sharing communications platform available only through the selected source. Connection to this network is required of all LE agencies in order to access the regional, state and federal LE systems and applications, including SDLaw (the Sheriff's suite of services). The access includes network connectivity, 24/7 system monitoring and network maintenance as required. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one state government source under the authority of 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Proposal submissions are not being requested as this information exchange system is only available through this single source.
