- Attachment 4-ENG FORM 4025-R Attachment 3-Construction Wage Requirements 20170728 Attachment 2-AMC-20036-7J Drawings 20170907 Attachment 1-AMC-20036-7J SOW 20170907 W912D0-17-Q-0052 AMC-20036-7J ***THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED IN INTERIOR ALASKA*** The U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright has a requirement to conduct minor renovation on the Base Dining Facility, B3416. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with these specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information. A site visit will be conducted on 14 September 2017, 09:30 AM Alaska Standard Time (AKST) at BLDG 3416, Dining Facility, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 in order identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 15 September 2017 by 12:00 PM AKST. All questions will be responded to through FedBizOpps.gov (FBO) only. The magnitude of this project is between $50,000 and $150,000. Quotes must be received electronically at remodino.s.delacruz.civ@mail.mil. No other method of quote submission will be accepted. Adobe (.pdf) and Microsoft (.doc) are acceptable formats for submitting Quotes. The electronic file must be under 8MB total to ensure it can be received by e-mail. If you are having any issues submitting your quotes, please contact Remo Dela Cruz as soon as possible. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. Any questions shall be sent to the point of contact listed above.
