- 'Attachment A' Revised provisions Revised PWS This amendment is posted to clarify the contractor facility requirements. Please see the attached revisions to the ADDENDA 01 - Performance Work Statement and ADDENDA 03 - Applicable Provisions. Brief summary of changes made: The Contractor must self-certify that they are able to comply with 36 CFR 1234 storage standards in order to be considered for award. The Contractor facility meets the 36 CFR 1234 storage standards (formerly numbered 36 CFR 1228, subpart K). See 36 CFR 1234, Subpart B-Facility Standards. The Contractor must specifically adhere to the facility requirements identified in 36 CFR 1234.10 Question: "What are the facility requirements for all records storage facilities?"
