Inspection of existing ductwork, 2. Verify operation of existing furnace, 3. Installation of new condensing unit, 4. Installation of new coil unit, 5. Reconfigure existing ductwork to accommodate new coil, 6. Balance new HVAC system to match indicated airflows.
