- The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific (RHCO-P) intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract for Annual Maintenance and Repair Services for the Intralase FS Laser Unit at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. This requirement is for a period of performance from 25 September 2017 through 24 September 2018, and a one (1) one-year option period. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, services, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide maintenance and repair services for the Intralase FS Laser Unit to ensure the equipment is Fully Mission Capable in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The proposed action is intended as a sole source award to AMO Sales and Service, Inc., who is the OEM, and the only service provider who can perform the required services due to the proprietary nature of the tools, test equipment and training necessary to service the Intralase FS Laser Unit. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the agency.
