- SOLICITATION BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION Synopsis/Solicitation: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T-17-T-0088 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210, Software Publishers. The size standard is $38,500,000.00. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure one year support and upgrade packages for existing RedGate software as well as new licenses with support and upgrades. This acquisition will be solicited as full and open competition. Please reference the attached written RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses. Please provide responses to this notice no later than September 15, 2017 at 11:59 PM, Central Standard Time (CST), to: CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil Attention Lisa Bernard Telephone responses will not be accepted. * Note: In order to be eligible for award of a Government contract, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have no active exclusions, and complete representations and certifications.
