- Purchase Description (Revision 01) Amendment 01 - SF 30 Solicitation W91ZLK-17-T-0245 is amended to 1) provide the Government's responses to questions from Industry and to 2) revise the purchase description to include the dimensions of the requried HEPA filters. Vendors are required to complete and return a copy of amendment 01 (SF 30) with their offers. The closing time for this solicitation is NOT being extended. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 dated 19 January 2017. The solicitation number for this requirement is W91ZLK-17-T-0245. This requirement is being solicited as Total Small Businesses set aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333999, Warm Air Heating and Air-Conditioning Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers, and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. This procurement is a brand name requirement and will be evaluated as lowest priced offer for the purchase and delivery of the following: CLIN 0001: Flanders Alpha 2000, high capacity HEPA filter Model # 0-011-H-08-03-SU-12-00-GG-FU5. Filters must have UL-586 stamp. Efficiency: 99.99% Dimensions: 24"x24"x11.5" Quantity Required: 80 Delivery location: US ARMY EDGEWOOD CHEMICAL BIOLOGICAL CENTER (ECBC) E4301 RICKETTS POINT ROAD ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND MD 21010 Cost Breakdown: 1. Flanders Hepa Filter: 80(qty) X $ _________(each) = tiny_mce_marker__________ (Total cost) 2. Shipping Cost: tiny_mce_marker____________ 3. Total Charges $ ______________ Vendors shall format their quotes in accordance with this CLIN structure. INSTRUCTIONS to OFFERORS: Acceptance shall be at destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, 21010. The installation will be on APG. All contractor representatives needing access to the installation must be US Citizens. Provide the Government detailed information on the following: a. Estimated delivery after receipt of order. b. Point of contact name and contact information, CAGE code, DUNS number, and TIN Partial quotes will not be evaluated by the Government. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals.
