- National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) Janus Geography and Geomatics Draft Solicitation No. HM157517R0020 (Geography) & HM157517R0021 (Geomatics) Industry Day Conference and One-on-One Sessions General Information NGA will hold an industry day conference, and one-on-one sessions for the Janus Geography and Janus Geomatics procurements. Activities are scheduled for October 2-3, 2017 at the T-REX facility in downtown St. Louis. (The morning of October 2, 2017 will be reserved for the conference and the one-on-one sessions will be scheduled in the afternoon. October 3, 2017 will be reserved for additional one-on-one sessions, if necessary, based on the number of requests). Draft documents will be posted on the NRO's unclassified ARC website at: https://acq.westfields.net/nga/efforts/janusgeography for the Geography Solicitation and https://acq.westfields.net/nga/efforts/janusgeomatics for the Geomatics Solicitation. Any questions prior to the conference should be submitted to: Andrew.A.VanWormer@nga.mil with the following NGA representatives courtesy copied; Gregory.W.Brouk@nga.mil, Pamela.A.Laws@nga.mil, Daniel.R.Fadely@nga.mil, Kelsey.R.Linneman@nga.mil and Matthew.S.Davis@nga.mil. Attendance at the industry day conference or the one-on-one sessions is not required nor will it affect the Government's review of any resulting proposal positively or negatively. In addition, the Government will not cover any expense incurred by attending either the industry day conference or the one-on-one sessions. Attendees are responsible for all of their expenses and no meals will be provided. Registration Interested companies or groups may register up to four (4) representatives for both the conference and the one-one one sessions. If groups or companies intend on attending the one-on-one sessions for both Geography and Geomatics, they will still be limited to only four (4) representatives. Pre-registration is required and walk-ins will not be accepted. Interested parties may register at https://acq.westfields.net/nga/efforts/janusgeography or https://acq.westfields.net/nga/efforts/janusgeomatics no later than 9:00 a.m. Central Time September 25, 2017. The T-REX is an unclassified facility. Each participant should bring a valid form of ID (license, company ID, e.g.) on morning of conference to validate registration. Industry Day Conference The industry day conference will be held in the T-REX facility in the Morgan-Stanley board room, Suite 500, 911 Washington Ave., St. Louis, MO 63101. Registration will be conducted from 7:45 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. Central Time, and the meeting will commence at 8:15 am. The NGA Geography and Geomatics Offices will provide an overview, to include a discussion of requirements for both solicitations and every effort will be made to address written questions submitted before the 25 September 2017 deadline. Written questions will be taken during the conference, but will not be answered during the conference. Following the conference, answers to the written questions will be posted on the ARC website at: https://acq.westfields.net/nga/efforts/janusgeography for the Geography Solicitation related questions and https://acq.westfields.net/nga/efforts/janusgeomatics for the Geomatics Solicitation related questions. Participants are not allowed to record or transcribe any portion of the conference to include the one-on-one sessions. Only NGA will have the right to record the conference. Any slides presented at the conference will be posted on the Janus Geography and Geomatics ARC procurement pages after the conference. One-on-one Sessions After completion of the morning conference on 2 October 2017, the afternoon will be reserved for one-on-one sessions covering either or both procurements. NGA intends to conduct one-on-one sessions only with companies that intend to offer as a prime contractor. The sessions will take place at the T-REX in Suite 500. These one-on-one sessions are provided as an opportunity for industry to provide input in the form of comments and suggestions for the procurement process. Sessions will be provided at 45 minute increments. If needed, October 3rd is also reserved for sessions. Participants should request by email by 9:00 a.m., Central Time, on 25 September, 2017 if they would like to schedule a one-on-one session. Requests should be sent to: Andrew.A.VanWormer@nga.mil and Gregory.W.Brouk@nga.mil. Please include the names of up to four individuals you plan to have attend. Mr. Andrew Van Wormer will provide a confirmation of time and date of the one-on-one session.
