This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) is requesting quotes from any authorized vendor who can provide Stirling Ultracold Freezers. This is a brand name or equal item.
