- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk “ Philadelphia Office intends to acquire on a sole source basis, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(1), only one responsible source, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, with The Conference Board, Inc for Annual Corporate Enterprise Guideline Membership in The Conference Board, which also includes access to The Board ™s programs and services. Navy civilian and military employees (with the exception of the Marines) will receive access to The Conference Board ™s online members-only knowledge portal which is a global collection of Fortune 500 companies and various Government sector organizations used for knowledge sharing through different forums. Additionally, access is given to proprietary research and data on a multitude of topics including leadership, economic data, and human capital management. Access is also given to professional in-person conferences, webcasts, leadership and peer-group councils, multimedia events, experiential learning programs, research working groups, and seminars for industry leaders to learn and discuss like issues. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price purchase order and this acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the provisions stated in FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This notice of intent is not a request for quotes “ however, the Government will consider information received by the specified response date. Information received as a result of this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government, and will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice.
