- The purpose of this amendment is to update the solicitation response instructions in order to require vendor's providing quotes to do so by filling out the attached Quote Schedule (showing unit pricing) and to inform vendor's that all, some, or none of the quoted seed may be ordered. Also, more than one award may be created from responses to this solicitation. Quoted seed will be evaluated according to best value, with both price and seed suitability for the site considered. See SOW Section 1.2 for site information and SOW Section 3.2 for seed sourcing requirements as well substitution requests.
