- PWS for ISU Container Repair The United States Property & Fiscal Office for North Carolina in Raleigh, NC intends to issue a sole-source procurement action to AAR Mobility Systems for repair of ISU-90 containers. The statutory authority for the sole source procurement is 10 United States Code 2304(c)(1) as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(1)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Attached is the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Informaiton received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of any capabilities statements or documents prepared for this notice. NOTE: If documents are sent via e-mail, the contractor will be responsible for validating Government receipt by contacting the Contract Specialist Heather Bushouse at heather.m.bushouse.civ@mail.mil. No solicitation is available at this time and telephone requests for information will not be taken.
