- Attachment 0002 PA067 Container Placement Attachment 0001 PA013 Container Placement Solicitation W15QKN-17-Q-1142 The Army Contracting Command-New Jersey has a requirement for Refuse Collection and Recycle Services in support of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC). Services shall be performed at. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to dispose of refuse and recyclables (if included at the service location) in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Pricing shall be inclusive of all fuel surcharges, any fees associated with Growing Greener Act, and any other fees or surcharges that may be associated with Refuse and Recycling Collection Services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the placement site maps. The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one year option periods from date of award. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources must submit a capability statement, both TECHNICAL AND PRICE PROPOSAL which will be considered by the Government.
