- Solicitation Pricing Sheet Past Performance Questionnaire BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR INCINERATION OF DISINTEGRATED NON-SECURITIES SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The requirements will be fulfilled using the Simplified Acquisition procedures, Part 13 of the FAR. as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to solicit and award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the Incineration of Disintegrated Non-Securities. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), number "2031ZA17Q00153" and is provided as an attachment to this announcement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562219 with a size standard of $38.5 M. Anticipated Period of Performance will be one (1) base period of twelve (12) months and three (3) twelve (12) month option periods. Requirements and instructions are listed in the attached solicitation and additional documents provided which must be completed and submitted in its entirety before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. Questions are due by Thursday September 14, 2017 no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to: Ms. Roxanne Spencer, Roxanne.Spencer@bep.gov. No paper copies will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments, if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render a proposal non-responsive and result in rejection. The Government reserves the right to award three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to responsive responsible offerors in the fulfillment of this requirement. See Section L & M of the Solicitation (2031ZA17Q00153) for more information. The solicitation's incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect utilizing Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
