- 17Q170183_sol 17Q170183_att N0016417Q0183 - SOLE SOURCE - SOFTWARE HARDWARE UPGRADE- FSC 7030 - NAICS 511210 Issue Date 12 SEPTEMBER 2017 - Closing Date 18 SEPTEMBER 2017 - Time 03:00 P.M. EDT This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N0016417Q0183 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as a Sole Source Procurement. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source,(CompuQuest, Inc. CAGE CODE: 0XKC8, 6226 Old Franconia RD STE B, Alexandria, VA 22310-2565.) All other offeror's may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract Base Award for the following: CLIN 0001 - Quest 1532 Data Acquisition and Processing Software License IAW SOW, CDRL A001, CDRL A002, A003 CLIN 0002 - Quest NF-to-FF Correction Module (to include both planar and cylindrical geometries) Software License IAW SOW, CDRL A001, CDRL A002, A003 CLIN 0003 - Computer Tower with 24" monitor and UPS units IAW SOW, CDRL A001,CDRL A002, A003 CLIN 0004 - Hardware and Software Integration and Installation IAW SOW, CDRL A001, CDRL A002, A003 Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is September 25, 2017. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted.
