Description

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Hampton VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 100 Emancipation Dr. Hampton, VA 23667 will be soliciting quotes for Gospel Organist Services. The contractor shall provide all materials and supplies necessary to complete and provide elevator inspection services. A Request for Quote (RFQ) VA246-17-Q-1923 will be issued September 11, 2017. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is October 01, 2017 (or date of award) through September 30, 2018 (or base period) with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors may obtain SAM information at https: ://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS is 711130 Musical Groups and Artists with a Small Business Size Standard $11 million. The classification code R499. The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without notification from the Contracting Officer.
