- Solicitation Amendment The government intends to procure one (1) Chilled Buffer Tank (see item description attached). Item must meet the attached specific requirements to be eligible. The successful offerer must submit the completed SF 1449, including all documentation and information as detailed in the solicitation provision 52.212-2, no later than 12:00PM CDST on Monday September 18, 2017.
