- Notice Type: Notice of intent Synopsis: The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Renewal Contract to Enghouse Network (us), Inc., NetBoss Division for Software Maintenance and Support Renewal in support of the Regional Cyber Center - Korea (RCC-K) for twelve (12) months. The follow-on contract period of performance (PoP) will be 30 September 2017 through 29 September 2018. The Northern American Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services, with a size standard of $27.5. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued. Interested parties may express interest and provide a capability statement no later than 1100 hrs, Arizona time, 17 September 2017. Responses should be addressed to wendy.s.alameda-clark.civ@mail.mil. All information received from this notice shall be used for planning and market research purposes only. The determination to refrain from competing this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted or use of such information. Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of the evaluation of the information received. Background: The current RCC-K NETBOSS software maintenance and support contract will expire on 29 September 2017. NETBOSS is the network managing and monitoring software to operate and maintain the Digital Microwave Radio equipment which is deployed across the Korea Theater of Operations. Scope: The RCC-K conducts Network Operations (NETOPS) and defense of the Korea portion of the Global Information Grid (GIG), enabling the Theater Enterprise Service delivery to combined, Joint and Army Operations through operating, maintaining, and defending the LandWarNet capabilities during all phases of theater campaigns and other contingency operations as directed.
