Description
NSN:6150-01-413-0853,CABLE ASSEMBLY, POWER. Purchase Request Number/ IQC 1000059951. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. Requested delivery is 192 Days ARO. Solicited on a 100%Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside basis. Contractor First Article Testing is required with Government Review time 30 days and Contractor Submit Test Report 120 days with 3 units. Item is a candidate for reverse auction procedures. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will have a Base Period consisting of two years (24 months) with provisions to extend the terms of the contract up to one additional three year period (36 months). The estimated annual quantity is 128 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 60 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 128 each. The minimum delivery order is 60 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 128 each. Surge requirements are not applicable. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be September 27, 2017 and the solicitation closing date is anticipated to be October 27, 2017. This solicitation includes provision L09, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
