- DJA-17-AHDQ-R-0104.0004 The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives contemplates the award of a single Award Firm Fixed Price contract for Dedicated Public Internet Services for the Technical Operations Branch (TOB), Special Operations Division (SOD). This will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation. Please See Section B for Pricing Schedule. Please See Section C for SOW. Please See Section L and M for Instructions. Proposals are due no later than 09/22/2017 at 2:00 PM EST. The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to : 1)Inform all interested parties that they must schedule and attend a mandatory site visit between 09/15/2017 and 09/19/2017. Please contact Jim Key at 202-648-2818 (alternate number 202-648-2800) to schedule site visits. 2) Establish that all questions are to be received by 09/13/2017, 9:00AM EST. 3) All questions will be answered via a formal Amendment on 09/14/2017. 4) Extend the response date TO 09/22/2017 at 2:00 PM EST.
