Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT to K&R Custom Software, Inc. The Telephone Management System (TMS) is a sole source platform and product. K&R Custom Software is the only vendor for this service and authorized installer of the TMS application due to its proprietary connections and functions with the Nortel/Avaya Telephone Switches. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals, nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is based on responses to this notice and is within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A solicitation will not be issued.
