- USDA, ARS, Pullman, WA has a requirement to for a Extensograph at E202 Food Quality BLDG, Pullman, WA 99164. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is AG-0521-S-17-0034 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price service contract for this requirement. Specification for Extensograph are: • Temperature and humidity controlled fermentation cabinet suitable for laboratory proofing of bread doughs. • multi-door (12 total) design spaced over four levels with conditioned air common to all levels. • Internal, adjustable louvers at each working level. • The see-through glass doors. • The adjustable Humidity Controller allows regulation of the relative humidity between 20% and 90% RH. • Temperature control to maintain 30 degree C +/- 0.5 degrees. •Cabinet and stand no higher than 94”, no wider than 71” or deeper than 27” • Stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces for. • Moisture drain tube supplied on the bottom of the cabinet provides for easy removal of unwanted condensation. Electrical input requirements • 115 VAC, Single Phase 50 HZ or 60 HZ Individual door heights must also allow for 6” of space between top of bowl and top of above shelf. Each offeror shall include their proposed delivery schedule (in days after award) as part of their quotation.
