Description

NOTICE OF INTENT The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7, intends to award a sole-source award to Bard Peripherial Vascular. PO Box 1740, Tempe, AZ 85281 for the following service: Provide BARD peripheral Vascular Arterial Bypass Graft to the Charlie Norwood VAMC Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation for offers. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same BARD peripheral Vascular Arterial Bypass Graft to Sterlyn Frazier, Contract Specialist, at sterlyn.frazier@va.gov by September 13, 2017, no later than 12:00 pm EST. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339112 with a Size Standard of 1000 employees. Any information submitted to this notice of intent is voluntary.
