- ITC-PO-17-0060 NOTICE TYPE: SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Bloomberg New Energy Finance NAICS Code 519130 Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals PSC D - Automatic Data Processing and Telecommunication The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Bloomberg Finance LP, 731 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10022, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for 3 subscriptions to Bloomberg's New Energy Finance online database. The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) requires the subscriptions to assist in the office of investigations. There are no competing products which offer the range and depth of information in the renewable energy sector. The period of performance is one year, with four 1 year options: September 10, 2017 through September 9, 2018. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information may be sent to Ian Quillman, Contracting Officer, at ian.quillman@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
